To establish a business successfully, implementation of plans accordingly to the growth of business is very important. Managing capability of individual is cent percent reflects in the improvement of business. As a manager, long term goal should be developed based on that, sub goals must be structured. Time duration to achieve those sub goals must be strictly fixed right from the planning level. It is bad to set all the goals to be achieved simultaneously which in turn lead to loss of money and time. Each goal should have its unique duration to achieve which should not combine with others.
Motivating the employees and developing their willingness in attaining the goal is important as planning process in business. Plans can be implemented through the workers alone. It’s a main responsibility as a manager to motivate the workers towards achieving the organization goals. The sub goals should be further divided into sub task and those tasks must be assigned to the workers having the capacity to complete it successfully. Keeping fixed duration for the task completion is hard to some workers. As manager, he must describe the importance of completing the task with in time so that they realize their responsibility and importance of their contribution to the organization
