Partnership in business gives good results in profit than you expected. Because team works always wins. Partnership in business may consist of more than two or three peoples. More people in partnerships may lead to reduction in profit sharing. Reduce the people in partnerships as much as you can. No point in doing a profitable business if you getting a less profits.

Another important point in partnership business is the sharing of profits in business. Distribution of profits must be equally given to people. Partnership businesses needs more trust among the peoples. The blame game should not be there if the business goes into deep trouble or loss.

Don’t waste the time in pointing out the mistakes done by the people, Rather than you can simply encourage them so that they will not repeat it. Of course humans are prone to mistakes but punishing them is not a solution.

Another issue in partnership business is the deal which the persons sharing the profits and loss, technologies, key issues, marketing strategies, planning the process of growth, designing the planned process and the implementing the designed one. And then the most important process is the verification and validation of designing, planning and implementation in the business.
